sandover's Issues

Light theme and `Journals` plugin

I am using Journals which is an replacement for Calendar plugins;
https://github.com/srg-kostyrko/obsidian-journal
When I use sandover I see problems with the light theme- the dots symbolising entries for specific days aren't visible in the light theme

while in dark theme everything is ok

I can create a issue at the plugin page, but so far only sandover theme had problem with day-dots in light theme, so I thought maybe I can start here;

In principle, the day-dots should have a color of the accent color used through the app both in light and dark theme. The plugin seems to use --text-accent for background variable within div.journal.note.marker https://github.com/srg-kostyrko/obsidian-journal/blob/faf62fd0ec12c1ecf53d411b281003d4d24c393a/styles.css#L320
this works in vanilla obsidian and dark mode, but not in 'Sandover' light mode (div.journal.note.marker doesnt seems to have background variable in the light mode, but in dark mode does)

Problem with diacritical marks

For example, for polish pangrams

Pchnąć w tę łódź jeża lub ośm skrzyń fig.
Pójdź, kińże tę chmurność w głąb flaszy!.

I have problems when I switch to the theme:

But when I install TT2020Baseand pick it manually, it works great.

Could the reason for it be that the version of the font shipped with the theme doesn't have all characters in order to make it more portable?

Highlight in light theme

The highlight '==test highlight==' doesn't seem to work in light theme, while dark theme seems to be ok.

Sandover v.1.0.9

Problem with objects in canvas

Great theme!

I noticed a problem with the colours of the figures on the canvas

image

I interpret it as a bug, not as a feature :)

Additionally, when I have a colourful border of the node before applying the theme, when I apply the theme, the border of the node disappears (excluding violet one).

Bulletpoint markers in dark theme are invisible in live preview/reading mode

Bulletpoints in dark theme seems to be black (invisible on the dark backround)

text from Obsidian sandbox within light and dark theme (Sandover v. 1.0.7)

## I’m interested in Obsidian

First of all, tell me a little bit about what's your experience with note-taking apps like?

- [[From standard note-taking|I’ve used note-taking apps like Evernote and OneNote]]

- [[From plain-text note-taking|I have used plain-text based apps]]
