Change how we display the programme

@Cernoskova says it is confusing to have several columns in the programme because it implies parallel sessions. Better to have just two columns (date + content) even if ti is longer.

It is also confusing for people to know what time the BH starts. We should have the collocated meeting s in a separate place. For instance below the BH programme. We could call this new section Collocated meetings.

At the moment we have two files for the programme. It might also be confusing for people to know which to update. Remove one if it is not needed, otherwise rename? https://github.com/elixir-europe/bh2018paris/tree/master/_programmes

BH cost after the 80 first registrations

We should changed EventBrite to show we cover the catering for the first 80 registrations, not the first 100. Also we should provide a link to the information about the cost of the event. At the moment we have this information in the event section of the BH website. It might be me but I was expecting to find the information about the cost in the registration page. Somewhere in the BH website we should ideally include more information about the price for the first 80 registrations and after the first 80 registrations.

Change text and title for Hacking projects section

Replace text and title in the website. "Process to propose and select Hacking projects" should be renamed to "Hacking projects" since the process to select projects is finished. Text available in the google doc.

Updated registration page

I have updated registration page and commit the changes and it does not show on the website. Can you check it please.
