TerminalPokedex

TPokedex is a terminal-based application using PokeAPIv2 that allows you to search for Pokemon, items, moves, berries, and more. It was made for practice and to showcase skills, as well as for anyone who loves Pokemon and nostalgic games. The fact that it's a terminal app adds to the nostalgia, as it emulates the way the old Pokemon games were played.

Installation

To use Pokedex, you'll need to have .NET Core installed on your machine. Once you have that installed, you can download or clone the project from the GitHub repository. Then, navigate to the project directory and run the following command to compile the application:

"dotnet build"

Usage

To use Pokedex, navigate to the project directory and run the following command:

"dotnet run"

This will start the application and you'll be presented with a menu of options to choose from. Input the numbers prompted for to navigate the menu and select the options you want. You can search for Pokemon, berries, items, moves by name, or number.
