"simple_permissions" plugin does not work with iOS upload

plugin "simple_permissions" add the following unused iOS permissions automatically. This cause trouble for publishing the iOS app. The developer said that he no longer maintain the plugin.

Temporary solution: remove "simple_permissions" package before publishing to App Store.

Long-term: use "permissions handler" plugin instead.
