.net-backend-developer-roadmap's Issues

Remove Moq from recomendations

As per your own recomendation in one of your recent videos, MOQ has had some very werid behavior.

Under Testing/Unit Testing/Mocking you recommend both NSubstitute and Moq.

It's a good idea to remove it so you don't lead people who may not be aware of the recent problems with Moq.

Colorblind accessibility

Consider making this colorblind accessible. 1 in 12 males is colorblind and has difficulty distinguishing green from orange.

Using different stroke widths or alpha/transparency could help differentiate boxes on your chart without depending on color perception. I'd put together a mockup to go with this issue but I'm on mobile at the moment.

Alternately, Google around for colorblind accessible color palettes and find some colors you like. The first few colors of the "Tableau 10 color palette" are pretty good, and that's why it's the default for lots of data visualization libraries (e.g., matplotlib).

This is a fun roadmap otherwise, thanks for putting it together!

Few additions

Hi @Elfocrash

Nice video and on the roadmap I generally agree with you but you might consider a few additions that are already out there for quite a while and have earned at least my trust and love โค๏ธ

For data access

Messaging

Testing snapshot based testing with either one of those

Cheers

This roadmap needs more stuff

In most cases, there will be microservices at work that will use DDD or EDA and something from clean architecture and these things are very important in this roadmap i didn't see it
