detect quality function doesn't work for the first read in BRISCOE_0069_BD18RUACXX_L2_1_pf.fastq.txt.
second read works

using profiler

• check if FASTQ in capital letters, Phred +33, Phred +64 - uniform spelling of these names

• remove commendet code in fastqtrimmer.py file

• add numerous to figures

• check spelling

• find out phred score

• filter

find identifier

tested trim quality - works now but should be optimized
variables and complexity!!!

• add appropriate error handling

• check variables

• how to order functions? - which functions on top of code/on the bottom?

• finally to parser function

• check each function again

• run with different files

trim_quality() - function improved but gives error messages
