update to support Swift 3
The tests are failing as of 964f159 . Looks like the API was changed without updating the unit tests.
It looks like it started failing after migrating to iOS 10/Xcode 8.
Doing some work on ELJSBridge to get that updated to Swift 3. Having an error when building ELFoundation_osx
I believe these issues were fixed in #18 We just need a new release possibly 2.0.1.
I'll point the Cartfile to the master branch for now so I can keep working on ELJSBridge.
