This is a small database project I'm trying to write an automated personnel manager a role playing group,
the Star Trek Simulation Forum (http://stsf.net). There's no guarantee it will be used, but I'm doing it for fun,
and as a demo of an XML native database/NoSQL.

System requirements:
GNU make (any recent version)
Python 2.6 or above (for makedb.py)
Java 1.6 or above

To install:
$ cp personnel/modules/settings.template.xml personnel/modules/settings.xml

Use your favorite editor to edit personnel/modules/settings.xml
 
$ make install

To run:

/usr/local/personnel/bin/startup.sh

or set up the wrapper...
