Kindly please provide API/Method references in README or separate document

wisEasily cannot depend on timeout based on a strict number, that is 30 second. WisEasily must depend on triggers that makes connect wifi fail, like wifi turn Off, AP turn Off, AP out of reach.

And the other that, this is will be made wisEasily faster to know that connection fails, so wisEasily don't have to wait until 30 seconds.

And, when that phone needs time more than 30 seconds to connect, wisEasily will not stop to trying to connect, just because have been a timeout.

add Logentries to record supplicant state and anticipate when there is phone cannot connect with this libs, so developer can improve this libs.

our libs still cannot use in android Oreo. The problem is when wifi doesn't have internet, connectivity will be used mobile data. And I'm heard that android P will be strict to listen to connectivity and phone state.
