Rule checks for all 8 WPs - Act 4 only has 3
Rule needs to check if act being checked is 4 and if so only check WP 1,2 and 3

If the user does not delete output.txt manually, the file gets opened and the warnings from latest analysis are just appended on bottom of list. If deletion is not possible it needs some sort of line break or into header to differentiate where the scans start and end.

Description

App crashes on startup; showing no error and generating not JSON.
Running the EXE from the terminal does log error: Module not found.

Additional info

1.3.0 works just fine; logging the startup message and generating the JSON.

The first error that pops up is that this file is missing. D2R no longer uses this file so the check can be removed

I cant seem to get it to run. 1.3.0 would at least start parsing files before crashing. This one seems to do it immediately after launching. tried as admin and compiling from source. Tried just editing the old source files and compiling from there. Tried with or with out an 1.3.0 config file present.

Negative in the picks sections is a total absolute value of the sum of the prob columns
It looks like it is checking the value and not absolute value
If picks is negative prob still needs to be a positive number
|-picks| == |sum of prob columns|

WARN TC/ValidNegativePicks treasureclassex.txt, line 1070: 'picks' (-4) doesn't match negative sum of probs (NaN) for 'Pindleskin'

Test NumericBounds for inventory.txt needs to allow Hierling2 row to be -1 (rule checks for <0)

Fallback folder does not appear to look for json files - only txt.
Tested by moving missing jsons into working directory and some errors disappeared
