The CPD plugin is based on the Plans module.

Although Plans works fine, the CPD plugin doesn't display the edit/configure/delete icons, just the underlying text links.

Just a small thing, but in git the themeconfig.php file theme->displayname still says 'Default' so the install gives users two copies of default. I changed my local one to 'Essential'.

Although FontAwesome is stored locally within the theme, there are two links to fonts.googleapis.com in /templates/header/head.tpl that obviously fail to load if not connected to the web. Eventually (after approx. three and a half minutes) the site drops back to default fonts. Can these fonts also be stored locally so that this great theme can be used internally?

I installed this theme on a fresh installation of Mahara 1.7.3 and whenever I go to create a page I get this error message and it doesn't let me go any further:

ERROR - something bad happened after headers have been sent. Check the error log for more information.
