How to match the Pytorch version

Thanks for rolling out such a nice useful library.
But when I used it , I found that the latest version of this library didn't match the Pytorch version which I had installed.
Could you please give the common version corresponding?
Thank you.

Support for custom dataset

Thanks for rolling out such a nice useful library.
Kindly share the steps on how to use this library for custom datasets.
For example, cora dataset has 2 files where one is with graph edge creations and another one is with full of features. By using these files, how would we create custom dataset. (Similar to Stellargraph).

jaccard_purification didn't work?

In cora, cora_ml, citeseer and pubmed dataset, although I used jaccard_purification in GCN, output was exactly the same as vanilla GCN.
