Easier way to configure Campfire token in local dev

Right now I have to set the CAMPFIRE_TOKEN env variable for local dev. While this is fine (and desirable) for production, it's annoying for local dev. I want a config file that is gitignored so I can set it up once and be done with it.

Needs a README and LICENSE

Remove references to daily

This is a fairly general purpose Campfire bot, configured by environment variables. References to "daily" should be removed so it could be used in other contexts.

Remove reference to EC test room

The EdgeCase "test" campfire room is currently hardcoded. For this to be general purpose, it should be removed.

Handle paste messages

If someone posts a message with a line break, Campfire treats it as a PasteMessage instead of TextMessage. Flamethrower should handle these with the same treatment as TextMessages.
