When I tried to start the node server I encountered an error that:
Error: connect ECONNREFUSED
at exports._errnoException (util.js:746:11)
at TCPConnectWrap.afterConnect as oncomplete

Any idea how to solve that?

I'm trying to run flux inside a docker. During the docker building, following error occurs when npm install command executes.

Please not this error occurs only in xenial. When I use trusty this works without giving any erros.

Continue the work on OT (Operational Transformation) that was started and get it working with eclipse ui plugin and eclipse che. Thought I would drop this issue here for discussion and tracking.
