Good script. 

However, 

this command
jarsigner -verbose -keystore $KEYSTORE -storepass $STOREPASS $APK $ALIAS

should be changed to :
jarsigner -verbose -sigalg SHA1withRSA -digestalg SHA1 -keystore $KEYSTORE 
-storepass $STOREPASS $APK $ALIAS

Otherwise, you may see some install_error_no_certificates errors.
