when I test the code, i found it always pass the step 6--- ensure that the divisibility criterion is satisfied.
Problem 1: I want to know if we dont need this step, it maybe auto satisfied divisibility criterion .
Problem 2 : when debug in step 6 ,it will give some error answer. Example, matrixA=[[7,0,0],[0,5,0],[0,0,4]], its smith answer is [[3, -2, -18], [-2, 1, 0], [-6, 0, 32]] ,it is wrong. However , when you use [[3, -2, -18], [-2, 1, 0], [-6, 0, 32]] , you can get a answer looks right .[[1, 0, 0], [0, 1, 0], [0, 0, 140]]. I dont kown the reason , can you tell me ?
