It seems that some timestamps (i.e. for announcements) are stored as UTC, while others (i.e. notifications, rsvp, users) are in PT.

The admin pages should show times in the user's local time zone instead of being hardcoded to show Pacific time.

• create/update conference (name, start date, end date; all events should be tied to a conference)
• create/update event (include "key event" field & photo upload option)
• upload photo (for events; store photos in s3)
• create/update information (rich text that is stored as html w/ only basic tags allowed)
• create/update/schedule announcement

Public API

• register user (params: name, email, device id)
• get all events
• get all events w/ user's rsvp status (params: user token or device id)
• rsvp for event (params: user token or device id, event id)
• get speakers
• get information (faq, community agreements, contact, chants & lyrics)
• get announcements

Add a dropdown here (or at least links) to choose conference instead instead of only showing the current conference: https://alc-mobile-api.dxe.io/admin/events

Write tests and have them run as part of the GitHub action. Also enforce style.

Must be mobile friendly. Use Bulma?
Just use Go templating or be fancy and use React?
