cbrg's Introduction

💻💊 Computational Biology Reading Group (CBRG)

The CBRG is a group that meets weekly on Wednesdays from 11 AM to Noon at the Michelle Winn Conference room in the Duke Molecular Physiology Department (DMPI)

This package contains relevant data, files, and functions for this reading groups

All meetups will be live-streamed and recorded here -

⬇️ Installation

You can install this package from GitHub with:

# install.packages("remotes")
remotes::install_github("BAREJAA/CBRG", force = TRUE)

This package will be frequently updated, so please ensure that you also frequently re-install this package (“frequent” being around once a week if you would like to keep up-to-date)

Useful Functions

To launch a presentation for a particular meetup (e.g. meetup 1), run the following

CBRG::launch_slides(1)

To launch an R Markdown file for in-class activities, run the following

CBRG::launch_project(1)

To see the corresponding file with ALL the code, set the show_answers = parameter to TRUE

CBRG::launch_project(1, show_answers = TRUE)

To launch the homework R Markdown files, use the function launch_exercise() (which works just like launch_project())

Problem about install package

Hello, I encountered some problems when I installed package,
The first time I installed I pressed "run current chunk" to run the whole script, but it stopped at the step "load package"(line62)
and below it asking if I wanted to install all, I typed "a(all)", and then asking if I wanted to update all, I also typed "a(all)"
Then it popped up again if I wanted to update all, so I closed the program.
When I opened it again and tried to reinstall, it showed following error message.
What can I do to solve this install problem?
Thanks for reading my message
