• labels are a bit unclear. For name and address I started to use my personal info before I realized you wanted the cafe's details and not mine.
• The "I'm here now" button is great but if I press it by mistake, I can't undo it.
• The comments field is a single line instead of paragraph so it's hard to read what I'm typing, at least on a mobile phone.
• a confirmation dialog before submitting, at least for mobile devices (more error prone), might be nice.
• the option to "make another recommendation" and restore a clean form could be useful.
