employees need to know a bid is authentic

We need to be able to tell which jobs a user has bid on so that they cannot bid twice. If an existing bid is there they must update that bid and that bid must be pushed to the block chain.

Update Realm so that only bids a user made will be loaded nothing else. If users share a phone both users bids will load.

This should keep track of the index and last hash.

Job needs to be uploaded to firebase or separate Tierion data store.
Users have to fetch the available jobs.
Employee's have to load the bids they've received.

Return generic type from network calls?
