Features should be attached to commits and using gitblame you should be able to highlight the exact set of code that is related to a certain feature.
This should make it easier to debug.

• parsing of the code to search for github issues. (only look on commits?)
• chrome extension that points to line numbers from the github website?

RIght now users have to select the existing projects from the file chooser.
This should instead be done using caching

Inside a javadoc comment add these options to notate certain items.
@Class - tells the parser that the function is a class
@method - tells the parser it is a function
@field - tells the parser the next item is a field
@StartFields
@EndFields - these tell the parser where the fields are.
@SeeClass:ClassName - tells the parser to try and link a certain class to another class
@SeeClass:ClassName#MethodName - tells the parser to try and link a certain method to another method.
