You've got £180 on 300 pm for first direct regular saver. It's more like half that. You only get 5% on first 300, 5%*(11/12) on second months deposit and so on. Even their website stipulates "approximately £97.50 interest" https://www1.firstdirect.com/1/2/savings-and-investments/savings/regular-saver-account

Others are also off by almost twice the earned interest
