The typeform to apply for membership is not opening

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Home page'
2. Click on 'Apply for Membership button'
3. See error

Expected behavior
A typeform should have opened

Get their social links and images from @SriramPatibanda

• Sync master and release
• Setup Feature Peek
• Add branch protection for master
• Delete old branches that are not needed

All upcoming PRs should be to sent to master from forks
Pushes to release should only be from the master. Never from forks (unless it is a hotfix)
Once changes are pushed to release, send PR from release to master to sync. So master should always be ahead of release

Select a suitable orientation and integrate the typeform for DSC Inductions

Replace Image URL with own URL

Image:

• Move Ritesh's card in front
• Change his position span text to DSC LEad
• Change Harish's position to Ex-DSC Lead

Describe the bug
The navbar links on the submissions page is not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'submissions page'
2. Click on 'navbar links'
3. See error

Expected behavior
The navbar links on the submission page should have opened the homepage but it opened some other homepage.
