This set of practices distills 20 years of experience from Justin Arbuckle, in driving large scale technology-oriented change. It has been clarified, extended and further developed at CHEF Software in the Transformation Practice, working with clients all over the world, with contributions by Richard Nixon, Scott Russell, Michael Goetz, John Martin and Jeff Hackert.

It is free to use with attribution and the hope is that others will extend it, improve it and share alike based on their practice.
