Enable the application to automatically configure runtime parameters based on resource quotas, ensuring that it does not consume resources beyond the allocated limits, such as CPU and memory, during normal operation.

Like theInitSparkHistoryDirOnHDFSTask just use docker command now , but It may more appropriate useing k8s job instead
