My name is Timothy (Enderson) and I'm currently interested in C#, PHP, Python, Rust, GoLang, Web-Development, Databases, other Data related things and probably areas I haven't even thought of yet.
I would call myself a curious and motivated learner and being in this field makes it very important to keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies.
As I continue my learning journey, I keep on discovering new and exciting areas to explore, different point of views, as well as approaches to solving problems, which is allowing me to grow and expand my knowledge and skill set continuously.
I love too many topics and I find interest in too many things. P.E.R.I.O.D π€ͺ It also feels like I haven't even scratched the surface, which is also probably most likely and / or very much true.
I'd say that I have a solid foundation in the "WebSpace", of course talking about the trio of HTML, CSS and Javascript, although I haven't done a lot of practical work with JavaScript π and therefore focused more on a learn what you need approach.
However, I do have some knowledge of how REST APIs work. Though, truth be told, I dove into the world of web πΈοΈ on these kinds of topics using PHP, which also means that I have a good understanding of that language. That's also partially where my SQL knowledge comes from, which I'd say is also pretty solid.
I've learned Java, and I have to be honest here as well... I love C# more π While I think that I understand why Java feels slower and safer in it's changes and why it is an old but steady enterprise choice, it's just not for me. C# offers me a better DevExperience π and I mean C# also entered the "Cross Platform Space".
While I wanted to dive deeper into C#, as well as maybe learning GoLang and Rust, I'm currently focused on getting a good understanding of Python π, because I might need it at some point π
I'm really excited to keep growing and learning new things. I'm always open to new opportunities and challenges, so feel free to reach out if you'd like to collaborate on something π
This "knowledge estimation" is based on how far I've come to learn the "core fundamental works" of a certain language or tool. Practical experience of this knowledge may vary π€«
Language / Tool | Proficiency |
---|---|
HTML | 100% |
CSS | 95% |
C# | 95% |
JavaScript | 90% |
Git | 90% |
PHP | 90% |
Docker | 85% |
SQL | 80% |
Python | 35% |
Java | 75% |
A special mention goes to Dradan77, my dear friend and partner in crime ππ We have worked on several projects together, developing our skills and learning from each other.
