mirdeep2_patch

I tried linking mirdeep2_patch to mirdeep2. but i found this error.

mv: missing destination file operand after '.orig'
Try 'mv --help' for more information.
ln: failed to create symbolic link 'Folder/mirdeep2_patch-master/miRDeep2_patch.pl': No such file or directory
File has been moved to .orig and the current /home/minal/Downloads/Untitled Folder/mirdeep2_patch-master/miRDeep2_patch.pl has been linked to

Please help me in solving the issue

Rfam_for_miRDeep.fa not found in your miRDeep2

I am a new user of miRDeep2 program. I have downloaded the program successfully and it runs until miRDeep2 step where I get an error "Rfam_for_miRDeep.fa not found in your miRDeep2 scripts directory". I tried coping Rfam file to the directory suggested but I still get the error message. Could you suggest how I can solve this issue?
