1. On restart I get a .net error "cannot find system32/magictrackpad.ico"
2. I Have copied the file into the folder to fix the problem but I still get 
the same error

The programs runs fine until I restart.

Thank you for this great tool! With it I got rid of drag lock using the magic 
touchpad in my WinXP machine.

However, I did not have that registry key in place, and it was confusing for a 
second what to do. Maybe this will help someone else:

Step by step instructions on how to use this:

1. Make sure you are using it with Windows Bluetooth stack (Two finger scroll 
and tap click works. if not, you probably are using some other stack. With 
Widcomm I couldn't get two finger scroll, etc. Although didn't try padset with 
Widcomm stack, I doubt it would work.)
2. Create the mentioned "Mode" registry value as a DWORD.
3. Modify it to be 6b and make sure Hexadecimal is selected. 
4. Run padset. This will read the registry entry you just created and change 
the settings of the magic trackpad accordingly. 
5. No drag lock!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have installed the windows drivers, and paired the trackpad, but only 
mouse pointer and left click work. 
2. None of right click, or two fingered scrolling works. If I can get these I 
am happy

Right click acts like left click. Two fingered scroll does nothing.

On my machine (which has visual studio installed!) I get an error about missing 
MSVCR100.dll.  I was able to make padset run by grabbing msvcr100_clr0400.dll 
out of system32, dropping it into the directory containing padset, and renaming 
it.

What's the *actual* prerequisite?  One of the .net frameworks?  Can you simply 
redistribute the necessary .dll?

Provide some way to change settings other than manually editing the Windows 
Registry
