Final project for the COMP150 at Loyola University Chicago This porject is built around OpenAI's API and PyQt5. It uses PyQt to create a window that allows the user to type and have a converation with the AI. We chose to build our project with the davinci text model as it is already pre-trained. In order for this program to work you will need to obtain an API key Follow the directions below to get your API key

• You will need to navigate to this link https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys
• Once you click on that link, you will need to sign in or create an account with OpenAI
• From there click on "Create New Key"
  • Note that once you create your key it will show your key only ONCE
  • Save your key in a safe place!

• To use this program, download the zip file or clone the repository
• Install the required dependencies by running "pip install -r requirements.txt"
• Run the program using the following command "python3 ai.py"
  • make sure you are in the same directory as the script when running the command
• Enter your API key into the terminal window. You wont be able to proceed until you do
