1.) Is this project still alive? What is your current status?
2.) The space under the vat looks not large enough for me to print the whole space with a laser. I would expect at least 50 cm distance to the vat. How do you realize that?
3.) I don't see any code for the galvo... any comment on this?

yes-yes, its called the same thing as Arch. Rework the UDP loop to actually resend lost packets if they are lost.

Rather than relying on external slicers, an enhancement would be, to also work on raw STL files, by in-house slicing if, an STL is given as input.

Create a contribute.md file to better inform people how to get started and expectations in contributions.

Find the ESP8266 running 3D printer automatically if not provided.

An enhancement to improve on parsing algorithm to be more efficient.

Add sufficient documentation to help people reproduce RavenSLA.
