branch: Avp source code update.
System: Windows 10.
I guess it's something wrong with RenderSmallMenuText function, it doesn't render small menu text, but it also does not write any errors to output, while debugging in MSVC 2010.
AvPx from the installer 2015 (http://homepage.eircom.net/~duncandsl/avp/setup_AvPx.exe) also has this issue, so this is not compilation issue.
