Determine how the paddle and ball interact when there is a collision

Single ball that bounces around and triggers a collision every time it hits a brick

Paddle appears to produce a basic collision when still; however, the ball can become trapped within the paddle if the ball collides with the paddle while the paddle is moving.

Create a game board complete with bricks and a paddle but with no moving objects

Ball's response to a collision with paddle should vary by the paddle's speed and collision location.
