How to use on Safari (iPadOS)?

When I follow the instructions it doesn't actually let me through the site. it just says "blocked.goguardian.com refused to connect"

Nothing loads after I import kill.onc like losing signal connection but when I revive it its back to normal.

its still great because killcurly and insecurly stoped working and my friend could not go on to many game websites and unblockers. but now thanks to cauDNS me and my best friend can play games and unblockers, and also it disabled goguardian so now the teachers can't close are tabs or monitor them. (btw if GoGuardian didn't turn off, go to manage extension and flip the allow to URL files a couple of times then check

How long does this work for and can u turn it of and on on command

I have a question (I can't find more in depth instructions on this.) I did the whole copy thing from chrome://wifi#state, and pasted it but when I hit download nothing happened. I downloaded the index.html file and opened it and did the instructions to no avail. I must be doing something wrong because I tried multiple times and I know I copied the entire thing from the drop down menu under the wifi i'm on. It is the school's wifi, but still every time I hit download nothing happens. Lmk if u know what i'm doing wrong.
