I am trying to use npm-snapshot on Windows, but it always fails with the following error:

> npm-snapshot "12345"

I am building with Node/npm version 4.2.6/2.14.12 - if relevant. I haven't tested with other versions of Node/npm, but the exact same thing is working fine on Linux....

If the explicit build number is not provided, it should look at the existing version, extract the current snapshot, and use a number one greater.

It would be nice to offer an option to use snapshot in lowercase instead (and also other prerelease tags).

Hello, older node versions does not support the "const" variable. See stacktrace when running npm-snapshot 2 below:
