ERDDAP API calls work from a browser, but not from MATLAB.

ML seems to be putting different characters into the call. Error from ML:
'https://cwcgom.aoml.noaa.gov/erddap/griddap/noaa_aoml_4729_9ee6_ab54.mat?CLASS%5B%282021-01-01T12:00:00Z%29:1:%282021-12-31T12:00:00Z%29%5D%5B%28-89.975%29:1:%2889.975%29%5D%5B%28-179.975%29:1:%28179.975%29%5D'
timed out after 10.000 seconds. The reason is "Waiting for response header".
Perhaps the server is not responding or weboptions.Timeout needs to be set to
a higher value.
