I took my bash history and these are the mariadb commands that I ran:
dokku plugin:enable mariadb
dokku plugin:install mariadb
dokku mariadb:create web-app
dokku mariadb:link web-app web-app
dokku mariadb:link web-app web-app
dokku mariadb:import web-app < cat migration/web-app-db.sql
dokku mariadb:import web-app < migration/web-app-db.sql
dokku mariadb:connect mariadb.web-app
dokku mariadb:connect web-app
I included typos too, just in case.
