base_common's Introduction

base_common is a role that provisions sensible defaults for Centos 7.

The openssh-server is hardened to ssh-audit standards.
This config removes the deprecated ssh-rsa host key

Requirements

RHEL- like system

I was running the role in vagrant today, and couldn't provision:

Implement defaults for vagrant ssh

This repo is a better place to create the defaults for vagrant ssh to be included in base images.
