Are you also sure about the way to compute the discrete divergence ?
In this paper, section 2.2.1 & 2.2.2, you can find a formula to get the discrete divergence which is different from yours.
Plus, I don't understand the construction of your laplacian operator too. And even if I guess you build an adjacency matrix for the local tet, are you sure we should not use the whole Laplace matrix instead ?

Am I wrong or it should be in range of [1,2] and not in range(2) here ?

Is the work still in progress? The code "extraction.py" works after changing "if iso_pt != None:" to "if iso_pt is not None:". However, the incomplete code only extracts the iso-value points without giving the final all-hex mesh.
