Fix tests for Linux
Follow-up of #2. Standardise behaviour? Maybe. But at least make linux pass.
When done, remove the allow_failures.
Add examples and documentation to the readme
See the TODO's under the Usage and API headings.

Create a release
Also remove the Disclaimer part from the readme, and update the Installation part accordingly.
Enable tests in Travis
Blocked by ext-ui not being able to build.
When doing this, php-cs-fixer can be removed from Travis, as that's now being done by PrettyCI.
Optimize Travis builds
There's got to be a way to not keep building the same files over and over (both os).
OSX is especially slow.
Add Windows CI
As libui apparently behaves differently on OSX and Linux, my guess is that on Windows it will probably do too. We need a Windows CI to check that. Find one, and make it so.
Update php-cs-fixer version
Go over all added rules and decide which ones to enable (with which config).
