Inkscape does not like relative pathes (macOS)

The conversion of a svg file fails, because relative pathes are not supported by Inkscape 0.92 (macOS).

Hotfix: latex.rb:51
puts green('OK.') if sh "inkscape -f #{file} -A #{file.gsub /svg$/, "pdf"} >#{NULL_DEVICE}"
turn into
puts green('OK.') if sh "inkscape -f `pwd`/#{file} -A `pwd`/#{file.gsub /svg$/, "pdf"} >#{NULL_DEVICE}"

Inkscape SVG conversion does not work with spaces in filename on some systems

If the svg file contains a space character, the Inkscape command fail on some systems, because the space character is interpreted as command parameter separator.

Algorithm rules are wrongly aligned

Tried using the algorithm2e package with option ruled with thesis.cls, but the rules are shifted to the right. The reason seems to be the parskip package, but the paragraph spacing looks very tight without it.

Beispiel Vorlage

Wäre es möglich ein Beispiel-PDF in die Readme zu verlinken, an dem man sieht, wie die Vorlage aussieht ohne ruby und die repo runterladen zu müssen? :)
