Remove `Details` from public api.
Make logger with request id pre-populated available to handlers
It would be nice to be able to tie handler logs and response logs together with the request id. The response logs log this, but it is non-trivial to access this within a handler.
My first thought is to add the logger into the request context, but I wonder if this violates any context best-practices.
