Small chmod +x fix required for configure script

When compiling from source, following execution of autogen.sh, the configure script requires a chmod +x permission to be set. Without the executable permission set, the configure script will spit "permission denied" right back at you.
FYI this is on FreeBSD, although I doubt it is a unique issue occurring solely to *BSD platforms.
All else works fine.

Cant Find the ./win-setup.sh file

I tried B.U.T.T from github tried to run it via source code in windows.
You have mentioned there :
once there run the ./win-setup.sh script to download and configure all dependencies for the 32 bit build

i can't find the ./win-setup.sh file in your code
