Implement a test case for the assigment C=A+B, A,B,C vectors of size N.
This test case will be used to test the pthread_execute_loop function.

Check correctness and speedups. (Hope everything to be ok!)

A basic report should start to be written so that at the end little have to be added.

Implement a basic pthread_execute_loop that is woriking so that we can fast forward knowing that the basic component have been tested that they work.

The function should have ALL the arguments but only 2-3 working so that basic testing is feasible.

Implement a gettime function.

Use it in order to measure the execution time of the paraller function.

Compare sequantial and paraller versions.

Add the option of dynamic parallization using chunk.

Several changes must be done in how each thread executes and takes its iterations.

Take a tour at code and write comments.
