Menu resolution dropdown uses Movie resolution dropdown value on load

#Loobinex/keeperfx-unofficial#170

I added it to the wrong repo.

"Setting the Movie Resolution to 320x200x32 in the Settings Editor will change the drop-down for the Menu Resolution to 320x200x32 on next launch of the Settings Editor (toggling Windowed Mode also seems to trigger the change). This is not saved until you can see the value of the drop-down change, so it is triggered on "init" of the drop-downs, not changing of the Movie Resolution drop-down."

Add Focus/pause/cursor settings to launcher

These settings have been added to keeperfx, but not yet to the launcher:

FREEZE_GAME_ON_FOCUS_LOST=OFF
PAUSE_MUSIC_WHEN_GAME_PAUSED=OFF
MUTE_AUDIO_ON_FOCUS_LOST=OFF
UNLOCK_CURSOR_WHEN_GAME_PAUSED=OFF
LOCK_CURSOR_IN_POSSESSION=ON

Users should be able to configure them with the launcher

Toggling windowed mode radio button breaks custom resolutions

Moving from Loobinex/keeperfx-unofficial#171

If you select the Windowed Mode radio button, you are then unable to select/deselect or modify the custom resolutions. Switching back to fullscreen doesn't work, you must restart the Settings Editor.

Adjust the size of the window will fix this issue until you next toggle the screen mode.

Also, the top-left option (currently 320x200x8) can only be toggled by clicking the label, rather than the checkbox.

Appears to be UI only, existing selected resolutions are not removed when saving the settings, and can be used in-game.

Update RESIZE_MOVIES setting

The RESIZE_MOVIES setting has many possible values now, the user should be able to configure them through the launcher.

Better explain Mouse sensitivity = 0 in the launcher

The user can configure KeeperFX to use windows pointer sensitivity, which is especially useful when using -altinput with windowed mode.

You need to set POINTER_SENSITIVITY=0, but there's nobody who's going to know this. The launcher should make this clear.
