Option to set the prefix parameter when creating a conda environment.

conda env create --file environment.yml --prefix ./env

This could be implemented as an extension setting or an input prompt.

Would be good if there was an option to remove an env as often the env may fail and having to manually delete it can take a bit of time. In order to do this it would require switching back to main before deleting the env
