If you have a bot running on v2.0.0 then do not try to use the commands /new or /ticket with websites or reaction roles! Because it crashes the bot.

how to close tickets

The claim function is not working correctly, when the claim is used it sends a message that will be attended to by the user, but it does not hide the ticket from other users, it leaves it still visible to everyone, it should be when it is claimed

changed the main_color numerous times but still not working... error code: -> open-ticket CONFIG ERROR: 'main_color' | invalid color!

The default !ticket message doesn't work, you now need to run !ticket help or with slash commands!

This will be fixed in the next release!

Works fine but when you close a ticket there's no transcript html anywhere

You need to add file with name apiDebug.txt to the api folder to fix this error
