This issue occurs at other times, such as St. Hyginus (1-11), whose
commemoration doesn't even show up at all in 1960 in Sancta Missa. Laszlo
coded this in for Divinum Officium and we need to find a way to do it for
Sancta Missa as well.

The "popes" branch now has better support for the Common of Supreme Pontiffs at
both the hours and at Mass. This fixes the above-noted bug with St Mark. St
Hyginus is a special case, arising from the way that the suppressed Ocatve of
the Epiphany is handled. I will make the necessary changes to fix the
commemoration St Hyginus after I apply my Epiphany patch.

I will postpone merging the branch to trunk for a few days, to let anyone
comment if necessary. The branch passes the tests that I've run on it.

r185 fixes St Hyginus in the "epiphany" branch (although there, still with the
wrong collects; but that should be corrected once both branches are merged).

The branches have now been merged. The one remaining problem I'm aware of is
detailed in issue #66, but that should really be treated separately.
