The standard that our analytic work aspires to achieve, can best be illustrated through our namesake: Diogenes. A famous (or infamous) Greek philospher, Diogenes the Cynic is the paragon of the two virtues that best represent our standard: minimalism, and logical rigor 🎲

Refactor: Organize Modules

Problem

Currently the modules within the modern_solvers package are quite a mess and not really ready for serious usage.

Solution

Need to go through each module and make sense of what it contributes to the package, add any executable sections, add possible type annotations as well as comment/cleanup code.
