Have a log file for each environment so when deploying two environments at once it's easier to look at the logs

Cannot use vpnc for connecting rackspace vpn to india, so need to just create new instance of captain on a softlayer machine

Should create periodic task that ensures that deploys are marked as completed if their corresponding task has been killed and did not mark the deploy as complete

will be cleaner and easier to integrate into other services
