Add conversion to Title Case

Some people enter their names in all lowercase or mixed case when purchasing a ticket. Converting to Title Case will look more professional and enable more easily scanning for initials when checking people in.

Groupon: Check status: don't include Rejected or Refunded tickets

Only include a Groupon ticket if the Status is "Purchased"

Groupon: Use "Name As Appears on ID" instead of "Owner's Name"

Owner's Name is sometimes an incomplete name or pseudonym used on Groupon. The column 21 value should be more accurate. In case it is blank, fall back on Owner's Name which (AFAIK) is required to be non-blank.
